An agile enthusiast with 7 years of experience in delivering software and hardware products in automotive, semiconductor and EdTech domain. Having completed my master's in engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, I have worked on product development and testing before being a Scrum Master for R&D product teams. With more than 4 years of agile delivery experience, I have used multiple frameworks for different projects at different scales. In addition, I spearhead the Agile community of practice within my organization coaching the teams on delivery excellence and brainstorming process tailoring capabilities at team level to focus on continuous improvement.
